ALL Cyclethealpsofprovence Tours are fully supported , the support vehicle is

       never far away and carries all your luggage, spares, snacks, 

       hot and cold drinks.

ALL  Tours are 1/2 board.

        Tour prices are based on 7 nights but can be extended to fit in rest

        days or for a more leisurely pace (-:

ALL  transfers are arranged for you .

       Accommodation on all tours is based on twin rooms in comfortable 2/3* hotels whenever possible .  We occasionally use apartments or chalets where hotels are not available .

Terms

 A  deposit ( 60 Euros for centre based weeks , 250 Euros for Tours ) is asked for at the time of booking -- non returnable when the holiday is confirmed and the balance to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the trip. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the trip have to be paid in full. 
  INSURANCE
 NB Refunds cannot be made if the holiday is cancelled after this period--but in most cases an alternative date can be offered-- please make sure your travel  insurance  covers this eventuality ( WE Advise you to check on the terms RE ''Cancelled'' flights )
